 The exhibition "Arik Brauer. Pesach Stories", featuring the artworks of the famous Austrian-Litvak artist Arik Brauer (1929-2021) from the Jewish Museum Vienna and the Brauer family collections was opened at the Samuel Bak Museum on the 30th of March.

Director of the Vilna Gaon Museum of Jewish History Dr Kamilė Rupeikaitė moderated the opening ceremony. Honourable guests – the Vice-Minister of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania Rimantas Mikaitis, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Mantas Adomėnas, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Lithuania H. E. Yvonne Toncic-Sorinj (the initiator of the exhibition, who's personal input was a key to the success of this project) and the Director of the Jewish Museum Vienna Dr Danielle Spera, delivered the greeting speeches during the opening event.
Timna Brauer, daughter of Arik Brauer, singer and the songwriter, enriched the opening ceremony performing special Passover songs, traditionally sung during one of the most important Jewish Holiday – the Passover.
The sponsors of the exhibition - Mr. Deividas Raipa, Chairman of the Board and CEO at ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, and Mr. Felix Nagode, Member of the Board and CFO at ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group also participated at event.
