  • Concessions applicable only for visitors upon valid document, except of pre-school children.
  • The Tolerance Centre is closed on national holidays.
  • On the eve of a national holiday the Tolerance Centre closes one hour early.
  • Tours are offered in Lithuanian, Russian and English.
  • Visitors are kindly asked to pre-book a guided tour by phone (+370) 262 9666 (Tolerance center), (+370) 212 7083 (Holocaust exposition), (+370) 662 89575 (Memorial museum of Paneriai) or by e-mail: mantas.siksnianas@jmuseum.lt.
  • Only the museum guides and the city guides with a valid accreditation of the museum are allowed to lead guided tours.
  • Students of the general education schools, conservatories and students from the National M. K. Čiurlionis Art School are admitted free to all Museum branches on the 1st September, National Science and Knowledge Day.
  • Every first Wednesday of the month admission is free for the schoolchildren upon presenting valid ID.
  • Single use photography permit (no distribution rights) – 1,50 €.
  • Single use filming permit (no distribution rights) – 5,00 €.
