Lecture of professor Zygmunt Bauman

Professor  Zygmunt Bauman, one of the greatest world’s sociologists and prominent representatives of twentieth-century postmodernism, arrived in Lithuania for the first time by invitation from Professor  Leonidas Donskis, a MEP, Apostrofa Publishers, and Vytautas the Great University. During his stay, he has given two public lectures: 

30 September 2010 “Selves as Objects of Consumption” at the Centre for Tolerance  

1 October 2010 “Natural History of Evil” at the Great Hall of  Vytautas the Great University
